Stop 2 teaches the five values underneath every Thrive program — psychological safety, wellness, equity, navigational capital, and validation. You pick the one your work runs on, and it shapes the model you build.

All of them yours.
Most programs hand you a certificate with their own name on it and nothing else. It is worth exactly as much as the reader's opinion of the organization that printed it. Thrive Unbound stacks two kinds of credentials instead, and you keep both.
A badge for every module
Each module you finish earns a badge carrying your name, the date, and a description of the work you completed. Badges are shareable and verifiable through a link we host.
Nine badges convert into the Thrive Unbound Certificate of Completion.
Credentials with global name recognition
The curriculum routes you through named paths that end in credentials issued by Google, LinkedIn, and Canva. These are not ours. They live in your account, under your name, verifiable by you.

The work this prepares you for
Nine modules of building a model, a budget, an evaluation plan, and a sustainability plan is the same work that gets done inside nonprofits, schools, and city agencies every day. By the end you have practiced it on something you care about, which is the only way anybody learns it.
Thrive Philly also hires from this pool. Completing all nine makes you eligible to apply for paid facilitation and coaching roles with us.
Third-party credentials are issued by Google, LinkedIn, and Canva. Thrive Philly is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Thrive Philly credentials are certificates of completion and carry no academic credit.
FULL COURSE · FIRST COHORT
Thrive Unbound®: all nine modules
The full course opens October 1st. Pay once and your account unlocks the whole portal that day — money, story, offer, operations, and a plan you actually work. Use the same email you used for the free Module 1 so everything lands in one place.
Both live sessions are optional. The nine modules are self-paced, so you can finish the course without attending either one.
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR DATA
Your answers belong to you. We never sell your information, and we never hand your name, email, or written work to anyone outside Thrive Philly.
What we do share is the picture: how many people finished, what changed for them, and who the work is reaching — stripped of names and anything that could identify you. Funders see that picture, and it is what keeps this course free to start and affordable to finish.
The questions at sign-up are optional. Skip them and nothing about your access changes. Email info@thrivephilly.org any time to see what we hold on you or to have it deleted.
