These terms cover this website, our programs, and the course materials inside Thrive Unbound®.

Our trademarks

Thrive Philly®, Thrive Unbound®, The Rooted Compass®, Thrive RISE®, Thrive Career Café®, and Thrive Club® are registered trademarks of Thrive Philly, a DBA of Heal The Hood Project. Our names, logos, and program identities may not be used in any way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement without our written permission.

You may refer to us by name in ordinary, accurate ways — reporting on our work, listing us as a partner we have agreed to, or citing material with attribution. You may not register a confusingly similar name, use our marks in your own product or course names, or alter our logos.

Course and program materials

All curriculum, module content, worksheets, frameworks, templates, recordings, and written guidance are the copyrighted property of Thrive Philly. Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning and your own venture.

You may not, without written permission:

Share, resell, or redistribute materials, including account access
Teach, facilitate, or license our curriculum to others
Use our materials to build or train a competing program or course
Remove or obscure attribution, credential IDs, or copyright notices

The work you write inside the course is yours. Your model, your budget, your plan — we claim no ownership of it, and you can take it anywhere.

Credentials and badges

Badges and certificates are issued to a named learner and verify only what that learner completed. They are certificates of completion, carry no academic credit, and may not be transferred, altered, or resold. We may revoke a credential obtained through misuse or misrepresentation, and verification pages will reflect that.

Third-party credentials earned along the way are issued by Google, LinkedIn, and Canva under their own terms. Thrive Philly is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.

Requesting permission

We license our curriculum and run partner facilitations regularly — we would rather say yes in writing than have material used without a record. Write to info@thrivephilly.org with what you would like to use and how.
